Cafe Hollander Engagement | Kristin & David

We are bringing it all back to the beginning in this Cafe Hollander engagement session in Milwaukee. David and Kristin had their very first date at this restaurant, so we were all super excited to revisit it for their engagement session. The romantic hanging lights and tea for two were the perfect start to this lovely session. They met their freshman year in high school, science class to be exact. So after half a decade out of high school, Kristin & David spent a first date evening laughing and catching up at Cafe Hollander. Kristin knew that night that she wanted David to make her laugh every day for the rest of her life.

Fast forward a few years when Kristin woke up to a riddle and a clue. David had created an elaborate scavenger hunt involving several of her closest friends and family members. Clue by clue he led her to the North Point water tower in Milwaukee where they spent one of their first dates together. Overlooking the lake, he asked her to be his wife. (All the feels here, guys!) I love how we were able to incorporate special memories and moments from their lives together into our Cafe Hollander engagement session!

Hand in hand, these two will keep on laughing through life together. The adventure is only beginning; and we can’t wait to capture the first page of their story on their wedding day next October!
