Samantha & Matt’s Marcus Center Milwaukee Wedding

Anyone who knows Samantha & Matt knows that joy & laughter are a regular part of their relationship. So many people talked about how Matt is the funniest person they know, and the way he makes Sam laugh is beautiful. The first time they met was a chance encounter at a Monica’s Bar in Milwaukee. It was around the Valentine’s Day mark, so there were heart balloons all around the bar. At the end of the night, after Matt kept looking in Sam’s direction, he came over with a balloon hidden in his winter coat. As he opened his coat, the heart-shaped balloon lifted into the air and he announced to Samantha that he would “love to see her again.” His humor won her over, and everyone enjoyed recounting the story of how they first met.

Samantha & Matt’s Marcus Center Milwaukee wedding day was elegant and festive. Their wedding ceremony was performed at Old Saint Mary’s church, after which the wedding party endured some windy photos by the lakefront. The wind and clouds didn’t darken any spirits, though; and these two laughed their way into the evening. The Marcus Center was decorated with gorgeous florals and, of course, balloons to commemorate their first time meeting. After dinner (with four different food stations!), Samantha & Matt turned on their dancing talents with an incredible choreographed dance.
