Okauchee Lake Engagement with Rachel & Tyler:

Rachel & Tyler’s Okauchee Lake engagement session was an absolute first for me, and an amazing check off my photographer’s bucket list! These two treated me to a boat ride engagement session, made complete with a stop on the Okauchee Lake island and some fun time with these two and their beautiful dog! It really ended up being the perfect evening with some gorgeous light at sunset. We were having so much fun taking pictures that Ty had to race the remaining daylight back to the other side of the lake.

Rachel and Ty sort of “met me” before they actually met me… And the only way that statement makes sense is that Rachel is cousins of my sweet friends (who happen to also be wedding clients) Nick and Irina, whose UW-Madison engagement session and beautiful Madison wedding I was so fortunate to be a part of. So Rachel & Tyler saw me working away at Nick & Irina’s wedding and reached out to me afterward to see if we’d be a good fit. And I’m SO GLAD they did! I love these two so much already!! I’m so happy that they had such great ideas for their engagement session, and I’m definitely looking forward to their wedding next spring!
