Ashley & Steven | A Filament Wedding
Ashley & Steven’s The Filament Milwaukee wedding day was flawless. Ashley did an amazing job planning all the details of the day and making the timeline of the day so smooth! We loved every minute with these two: watching them both get ready for the big day, being entertained by Steven’s humor, enjoying Ashley’s adorable smile and contagious laughter. It is abundantly clear that these two are absolutely best friends. The moment they saw each other for the first time that day, they literally could not stop talking, filling each other in on all the things that had happened since they’d last spoken. It’s a beautiful thing that a single night away from each other created a flood of moments and stories that they needed to share.
The Filament was the perfect location for Ashley & Steven. With a blush pink wall across the street that Ashley loved for photos and a plethora of other photo opportunities within blocks, it made a stress-free day for everyone involved. The family and friends of the bride & groom truly enjoyed their time, and it was a vibrantly relaxed celebration. Ashley was stunning in her Maggie Sottero gown, and her bridesmaids wore mismatched pink and gold dresses from Vera’s Bridal that were so complimentary! The flowers created by Jane Kelly Floral were stunning, as usual, adding the perfect touch to every corner of the venue. Guests were treated to a luxury dinner from North Star Bistro Catering, and they enjoyed the best cake from Simma’s Bakery. Sound by Design kept the entire day flowing seamlessly, leading into quite the dance party at the end of the evening; and Alex of The Midwestern Bride worked tirelessly to make sure everything was simply perfect. And it was!
